1. 14-Day Inspection Period
If you change your mind, you can return a keris within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
2. Conditions
- The keris, warangka and all accessories must be returned in the same condition as received, with the certificate and original packaging.
- Please handle the blade with care; do not clean, oil, or treat it.
3. How to Return
Tell us within 14 days via our contact form (topic: Other) or email, including your order number. We will send you return instructions. Ship the item back fully insured within 14 days of notifying us.
4. Refunds
We refund the purchase price and standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned keris, using your original payment method. Return shipping and insurance costs are paid by you unless the item was faulty or not as described.
5. Exceptions
- Custom orders made to your specification.
- Services already completed, such as certification, jamasan, warangan, or restoration.
- Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your keris arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return and a full refund or replacement.
