1. Where We Ship
We ship to more than 80 countries worldwide. Because a keris is a bladed object, a small number of countries restrict its import. Please check your local rules before ordering; we are happy to help.
2. Processing Time
Keris in stock are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment, including a final inspection and photographs. Custom orders and services have their own timelines, confirmed with you in advance.
3. Delivery Times
- Netherlands & Belgium: 3–7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
- Indonesia & Southeast Asia: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Shipments sent directly by a verified seller in Indonesia can take longer; the expected time is shown on the product page.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and insured value.
5. Insurance
All keris are shipped fully insured and require a signature on delivery. Extra insurance for high-value items can be added at checkout.
6. Packaging
Each keris is wrapped in protective cloth, secured in a padded case, and shipped in a sturdy outer box. A handmade wooden presentation box and premium batik wrapping are available as add-ons.
7. Customs & Import Duties
Shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We include the correct documentation, including the certificate of authenticity where applicable.
8. Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your keris is dispatched.
